Khan Ozol is a global life sciences talent strategist with 20+ years of leadership in executive search and succession planning. He has built and led international executive recruitment and talent scouting teams at Genentech, Roche, Novartis, and AstraZeneca — supporting R&D, global commercial, technical operations, and enabling functions.
In 2021, Khan founded PharmaTalent, a specialized HR advisory firm helping biopharma and healthcare organizations de-risk executive transitions through proactive succession planning and precision talent hiring. The firm leverages proprietary AI-powered talent scouting and rigorously validated succession strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
PharmaTalent operates globally across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Khan holds a BSc (Hons) in Biology and a PhD in Neuroscience.
